I wanted to say Thank You Tom, Carla, Chad, Lindsey, & everyone at Move Better PT. I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else. If u need PT in c’ville - this is the best place. Great equipment, awesome space & great private rooms. They always have mints & are great at being flexible. Never had a problem! Easy parking & always a smile!
I have been treated for shoulder, neck and arm pain in Boston and Charlottesville with our success. After a few months I stated researching some different companies In the Charlottesville area. After reading the BIOS of the therapist at Move Better I decided to give them a try. I can honestly say they are the best that I’ve worked with. The results after 6 visits are making a huge difference. DS
I could not be happier with the amazing progress I made during my time in therapy. Many Thanks to Rodney & the entire Staff at Move Better Therapy !!! Thanks so much !!!
This was my first time ever using physical therapy. I had several visits and worked with Erica and Tom. I had great results and got exercises to do at home. The people are so friendly and helpful-no pressure, no shaming. And, everybody knows your name!
Move Better is great - organized, kind, compassionate, and skilled. At one point I had an issue that wasn't making progress due to other health setbacks, and I was extremely frustrated. My therapist was so incredibly encouraging and understanding. Being incapacitated is discouraging, especially when you are an active person. Soft skills really are not just nice-to-haves, they are essential. Move Better also appears to be extremely well-managed practice. For context, I recently had occasion to go to another practice. The therapists there were also very good, but I got the sense that the management didn't give them enough time to complete paperwork. My plan of care and the development of a home exercise program at the other practice was chaotic at best. I don't blame the therapists, but I do blame the management. Management does affect care. Excellent management makes a huge difference, and Move Better has that too. To the management: don't ever change except if it's to make your physical therapists happy at work, to offer an encouraging work atmosphere, so they have emotional bandwidth to continue to encourage and provide excellent care for their patients.
