Luke Coupland, DPT

Luke completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences at James Madison University in 2015. He then obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Shenandoah University in 2021.

Luke grew up in the Northern Virginia area and moved to Charlottesville in 2021. He spends some of his time serving in the Virginia Army National Guard, where he serves as a Medical Service Corps Officer. Outside of work and National Guard commitments, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Erin, and their Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix, Murphy.

Luke is working towards his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) board certification under the guidance and mentorship of the experienced clinicians at Move Better Physical Therapy. He provides thoughtful care to help his patients recover from pain, injury, or surgery and achieve their goals from a combination of hands-on therapy and appropriately progressive and planned exercise.
